- Prepare 1 of onion medium size finely chopped.
- Provide 1 of medium size tomato finely chopped.
- Use 1 of large ripe mango finely chopped.
- Get 1 of medium size capcicum finely chopped.
- Use 2 tbsp of Coriander leaves finely chopped.
- Get 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

- Take 1 tbsp of Chaat masala powder (optional).

- Take a big bowl add chopped onion, chopped capcicum, chopped tomato, chopped mango. Mix everything
- Drizzle lemon juice and salt to taste and sprinkle chaat masala.
